Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-order periods.
  • Customized or print-on-demand items may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Times

United States

Estimated delivery times depend on the warehouse location and shipping method selected:

  • US Warehouse Orders: Approximately 2–7 business days
  • International Warehouse Orders: Approximately 7–20 business days

We work with reliable shipping partners including USPS and other trusted carriers to provide safe and timely delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and size
  • Delivery destination
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Customs & Duties

For eligible shipments, we support both:

  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – Duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost
  • DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) – Customers may be responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties upon delivery depending on local regulations

Customs policies vary by country, and Pawpy Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to deliver orders on time, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Pawpy Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
